Who taught you how to process strong emotions like fear, anger, shame and sadness? If you are like most people, you didn’t get much instruction in this area. Sadly, most of us were taught to suppress our emotions by cultural conditioning and maybe unintentionally by our family. Communication that is passed on for generations. This causes a host of problems; with relationships,  anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, chronic pain, physical disease and so much more.

We will be discussing habits we develop when we are not taught how to deal with strong emotions and how this causes us to have much more suffering than necessary. I will share more effective ways of processing difficult feelings so you can feel better much quicker and suffer much less! 

When your learn to process your feelings you will conserve energy, feel less stressed and be more at peace.

After my presentation we will have a Q&A session where I’ll answer any questions and you will be able to share your experiences with processing emotions if you like. Afterward, I’ll end the session with a 10-minute meditation.
