What a great companion to making real changes in today’s frenetic world. I loved the author’s real examples of her own life and also the “homework” prompts at the end of each chapter. This book hits home. I cannot wait to get the hard copy so that I can highlight so many outtakes. I often felt like I was reading about myself and I needed to slow down reading.
