I offer customized private group classes for families or friends. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, etc.. My classes are always fun, interesting and personalized to meet your desires and needs!
We will discuss the specific topics and practices you are interested in and if you are not totally sure what you want to explore, no worries! I am always full of ideas. 🙂 I come to your home for a one hour personalized class with fun and different activities each time. After class I encourage participants to share their thoughts about what we practiced and I answer any questions.
I’ll show you simple, effective techniques and exercises that are easy to implement in your daily life and promote mental health and well-being for all ages. Everything is evidence based by research and the scientific community. I will teach you the basics of the brain and nervous system and you will learn about the concept of neuroplasticity and how your brain regulates emotions.
You’ll learn about Mindful Awareness. An intentional, non-judgmental awareness of the present moment. In this practice you will develop focused attention, emotional balance, and well-being. You will improve your Social Emotional Learning (SEL). This is how you acquire knowledge, attitudes and behaviors you need to develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, communication and relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
