What a transcendent experience! I had the blessing of attending one of Michele’s breathwork and sound bath events here in Austin, and I would highly recommend it. The breathwork was very powerful and I could feel shifts occurring in my energy body. During the sound bath I thought I would float away in a sea of calm!
