Effective Techniques For Processing Difficult Emotions

Next online workshop Will be announced soon.

“The tendency to avoid emotional suffering is the cause of all mental illness. To lead a healthy spiritual life, we must face problems directly and experience the pain involved.” Scott Peck – The Road Less Traveleo

Who taught you how to process strong emotions like fear, anger, shame and sadness?

If you are like most people, you didn’t get much instruction in this area. Sadly, most of us were taught to repress our emotions by cultural conditioning and generational trauma (thinking and behavior passed down over generations).  This causes a host of problems with relationships,  anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, chronic pain, physical disease and so much more.

We will be discussing habits we develop when we’re not taught how to deal with strong emotions and how this causes us to have much more suffering than necessary. You’ll learn more  effective ways of processing difficult feelings so you can feel better much quicker and suffer much less!

When you learn to process your feelings you’ll conserve energy, feel less stressed and be more at peace.
You can’t imagine how this will transform your life!

After my presentation we will have a Q&A session,  where you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences with processing emotions. Afterward, I’ll end the session with a 5 minute meditation.

Register to hold your space and you’ll receive an email with access to the event.
Looking forward to seeing you there. 🙂

Namaste!
